I had been hearing about matchbox from other locals since I moved to DC. January of last year I know that they were known for the wood fire grill pizzas and I wanted to try it, but as soon as I got there, I had to get the wings instead.

Saucy crispy juicy goodness and laptop flats which I truly prefer. Beautiful atmosphere which two different dining levels and friendly staff. Perfect restaurant for a family to share a meal or for a single diner like myself to grab a quick snack during happy hour.
